How Portland Chiropractic Neurology Helped Me

Guest post by Joyce T.It is hard to sum up getting your life back in a single paragraph, but I will try. Seven years ago, while at work, I had an episode that took me out of work in an ambulance, and in the hospital for two days attached to a heart monitor. When nothing appeared wrong, I was sent home.
This became a six year ordeal where I was virtually bedridden. I was dizzy 24 hours out of every day, had massive migraines, tinnitus, water trickling in my ears around the clock, ears were plugged and hearing was difficult. I also had severe, random, bouts of vertigo. The vertigo made driving dangerous, so I had to give it up. Needless to say, I had to give my job up. During this time I lived at my primary care doctor's office, where he referred me to many different specialists. I saw a heart specialist, ear, nose and throat doctor, physical therapist, and yes, a neurologist.I had many expensive tests done, just to hear, " There isn't anything wrong!"
One day after discouragement and lots of prayer, I received a card in the mail from Portland Chiropractic Neurology, and made a phone call. Upon my first visit I was greeted with the words, "I can help you."
After only one month of treatment, I woke up one morning and realized the dizziness was gone, the ears were clear and open,I no longer had a headache, which had been a constant in my life, and the feelings of being off balance no longer exsisted. It has been a little over a year now, and I have not had a single bout of vertigo. I am virtually symptom free. I have been back working on a full time basis for the past year, and am driving again. Most importantly, I have the energy to chase around my seven grandkids. My overall health is not only back to normal, but it is better than even before. It's like normal with a zing! Calling Portland Chiropractic Neurology was the greatest gift I have ever given myself. I am so grateful for people like you for taking the time to care. My path will not be in vain if I can talk to one person who is suffering and living in pain , and tell them about you. I believe there is a reason our paths crossed. Thank You from the heart.
