Why Comprehensive Care?

By treating the muscles, tendons, nervous system, ligaments and joints as a comprehensive system, we are able to restore normal function to your body in a much healthier, effective and efficient way. This allows us to actually treat all of the associated issues that have combined to reveal your presenting discomfort. If all of these areas are not addressed, a patient will often not achieve 100% success in their treatment.
Comprehensive care starts with a long process to examine all parts of your system, allowing the doctors to connect the dots that may pertain to your complaint. We call this, the longititudinal level of the lesion (LLL). In other words, what areas of your body are contributing to the problem. Therefore, we must examine the muscular, joint and nervous system in an attempt to "connect the dots" and determine if one, or all are part of the issue.
Now that we've determined the cause(s), we can move forward and create a treatment plan that will embody all of the elements of rehab- physical therapy, neurological rehabilitation and chiropractic care. This allows our patients to achieve fast, efficient, long-lasting success.
