"In December of 2007 I was in a bad car accident that left me with a severe case of whiplash and a dissected vertebral artery. "I had chronic back pain in my shoulder blades and neck due to scoliosis. I was not able to turn my head to the right for a long time. "I have fibromyalgia. I was on many pain medications which never really worked for the pain and made me very drowsy. I couldn't sleep because of the pain. I also had sciatic pain with nerve pain to the front of both my thighs. I have bone spurs to both hips which makes any abduction movement very painful and difficult to walk and sleep. "In 2006 I had eye surgery done on my left eye. Following this surgery, I immediately began to have problems with dizziness and balance. Any situation that involved a lot of movement and/or noise caused me to get extremely dizzy, nauseous and confused. Driving was the most challenging for me and I stopped leaving home unless absolutely necessary. I saw many different doctors but no one was able to find the cause of my difficulties.
